Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, closing sales, and building strong client relationships. A key requirement for this role is fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and contract negotiations.
  • Track sales performance and generate reports on progress and revenue growth.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.).
  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and drive audience growth.
  • Optimize website content and SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to create marketing materials and promotional content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Ads, and social media management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Certification in digital marketing (Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.).
